Boy has there been a lot going on! And I have been such a slacker at filling everyone in on it all! But I guess the highlights of everything have been the holidays this year. We had a year of firsts as far as our holidays go. We were able to host my family for Thanksgiving at our house this year, which I have never done! I love being a host and having people over and so it was so much fun to have my family over and put my "domestic skills" to the test as I cooked half the Thanksgiving dinner for my family. My mom and I split the meal and she did the other half of the cooking. But I had a lot of fun and it was great to have them over!
Shortly after, we had the chance to go down to California with Clayton's family for Christmas. Fortunately, we beat the storm out here in Utah by a matter of mere minutes! It was close! But we made it to California and had a great time there. Vanessa and her family came down as well, and Krystal surprised everyone by showing up. So all the Romberg's were together for Christmas! We had a big Christmas Eve dinner with the extended family there at Ken and Valerie's house (which I heard is not what normally happens... Usually the festivities take place at Grandma LaRae's house!) So everyone was in for a new treat having it there! Christmas day was wonderful, and we spent the week there playing games and just having some good and relaxing fun with the family. We had a great time and I am pleased to say that I have been invited to return back to visit, even though I won just about every game we played! ;o) We love our families and are thankful for the chance that we had to spend the holidays with them.

The Rombergs
Clayton and I met in Provo while we were both going to school. After only a short 8 weeks, we fell in love and he proposed. We were married 2 months later on August 7th, 2007. I am now staying at home and being a full time mommy, which I LOVE! Clayton works for Attask in Lehi and absolutely loves his job as their IT Administrator. We welcomed our son Zackary on May 5, 2009 and love having him in our home and love him so much! Max joined our family as our "Leap Day Baby" on February 29, 2012 and he is so sweet and happy! Life couldn't be better, and we are excited for what is to come!
