Home Improvement
We have been in our home long enough that we decided to add our own little personal touch to it and make it more "ours" by painting this weekend. I have been wanting to do this for quite some time now and I am pretty please with how things turned out! First we did our study. These are the before:

This is what Zack did while we painted...Good little helper!

I have been talking about doing Zack's room for quite a while! So we taped out the design that I wanted and I did all the painting last night. I am so proud of myself and excited with how it turned out! We just did one wall for now, but it is still in debate if we will do anything with the other walls in his room! This room has a lot of fun during shots, so enjoy! :)

Zack's "helping" by being cute and adorable! ;)

Waiting for the paint to dry...
And here is the finished product! I was so excited it worked out so perfectly! I'm thinking about doing the rest of the walls with just the brown color, but that is debatable. Any input would be welcome! Clayton doesn't want to, but the thought is still there for me. We really like the way it has turned out and are very proud of the work we put in!
And Zack is happy too! :)

The Rombergs
Clayton and I met in Provo while we were both going to school. After only a short 8 weeks, we fell in love and he proposed. We were married 2 months later on August 7th, 2007. I am now staying at home and being a full time mommy, which I LOVE! Clayton works for Attask in Lehi and absolutely loves his job as their IT Administrator. We welcomed our son Zackary on May 5, 2009 and love having him in our home and love him so much! Max joined our family as our "Leap Day Baby" on February 29, 2012 and he is so sweet and happy! Life couldn't be better, and we are excited for what is to come!

Love it Kristie and Clayton, I think the other walls should stay the color they are. The darker the color the smaller the room appears. The blocks are really cute. I was confused about the room, the door was in the wrong place, then I realized you moved Zack to the other room. Zack is looking so grown up. Cute cute cute.....
Wow! That looks awesome! SO creative and different!
Looks so cute!!! Love Zack's room. Good job!!!!
I think if you do anything to the other walls it should be a light tan, that way you still get a little color but it doesn't make the room too dark, or distract from the cute accent wall you did which is freaking amazing! Or another color Ijsut thought of is a light gray. just light enought to give it a cloudy look, but not make the room dark. There you go. I can't wait to see it. I might come by this weekend to see it.
