Here are a couple more gifts that missed the first blog that have added to our home decor... This was our big gift. Clayton's parents gave us money to go buy ourselves a big gift for ourselves for Christmas. So Merry Christmas! We bought a flat screen T.V. with a nice stand for it to go on. Meanwhile, Clayton along with his cousins and friends have been joking around with me, trying to convince me to buy Clayton an X-Box so they can all play. So finally, 3 days before Christmas, I surprised Clayton and gave in. Yes, the little white box at the bottom is Clayton's new X-Box. Clayton was playing with it when I wanted to take the picture, so there is even a lovely display of the X-Box on the screen. I've been trying to get good at playing Halo with Clayton's cousins, so maybe having it at home will be able to give me the extra practice so I can play with everyone! :o)
Yet another gift from my mother-in-law and her Hallmark supply. It has cute little picture frames that hang from the branches and you make a little family tree. But for now, we like just having the tree on the wall. We also got the full Willow Tree Nativity set as an early Christmas gift and have had it set up throughout the whole month. But we never had the chance to get a picture of it before it came down. But it's great that I can have my own Nativity set to display in my home during the Christmas season. Maybe next year it will be lucky enough to make the blog!
