Creative Dinners
Since I have been pregnant, a lot of our dinners have been YOYO (You're On Your Own) because my appetite varies so much. But one night Clayton had a great idea! This happens often. As embarrassing as this is for a fairly new wife to admit, but my husband is more of a creative cook than I am, and does more of the cooking than I do... I'm trying to be better... I prepare meals, but Clayton does a lot of the creating of meals. Anyway, Clayton tends to think of ways to do a lot of bigger meals by scratch. This particular night he proposed Chicken Teriyaki bowls. So Clayton decided to make the chicken and rice bowls, and I told him we could go to the store and get some real Teriyaki sauce, rather than just using Soy sauce.... This was a big step for me, seeing as chicken has been such a turn off in my appetite in my pregnancy... (I bit into a piece of fat one day... Couldn't choke down anything chicken for weeks!) Well, a few minutes later and with some team work in the kitchen, VOILA! Chicken Teriyaki Bowls! We also boiled some soy beans and salted them for a side dish... It was new and quite creative to me! It was great! I loved it, and we definitely got full that night at dinner! I am so lucky to have an amazing husband who is always doing things for us... even coming up with fun dinner ideas! I love him so much and someday, I'll be just as good as he is!

The Rombergs
Clayton and I met in Provo while we were both going to school. After only a short 8 weeks, we fell in love and he proposed. We were married 2 months later on August 7th, 2007. I am now staying at home and being a full time mommy, which I LOVE! Clayton works for Attask in Lehi and absolutely loves his job as their IT Administrator. We welcomed our son Zackary on May 5, 2009 and love having him in our home and love him so much! Max joined our family as our "Leap Day Baby" on February 29, 2012 and he is so sweet and happy! Life couldn't be better, and we are excited for what is to come!

he he he... my hubby's the cook at our house!! :)
Ditto. My husband can make the yummiest stuff out of random sauces. I can barely follow a recipe. Oh well - thank goodness for them as our examples. :)
